Hey Guys!

I hope you can read this. Okay well today I've only had my usual breakfast of 1/2 a toast w/ teeny bit of peanut butter. 95 calories. Plus a peppermint which was 20 calories. Eek! I'm already up 115 calories. Ok. I already planned on having just a salad for lunch. Trying to figure out which dressing has less cals. Well anyways I am at work right now and I'm need to get back to what I was doing. To all ya'll who commented. Thanks a bunch. Oh yeah I'm 131.8 lbs. today. Woo ~ woo! Go me. Although I wanted to be 130lbs. by today. Boo! Maybe by the morning I'll have reached my goal. I will definately go bike riding again today. It was so much fun last night with my bf. He cracks me up hehe. O yeah he's going to find out if he got the promotion today. So excited. That means more money for both of us. Ok Love ya'll right more later! Muah!

Breakfast: Toast and peanut butter: 95 cals.

Lunch: Salad w/ dressing: 140 cals.

Snack: Kettle Corn: 120 calories

Dinner: Fillet O Fish(NO bun and pushed off the tartar sauce): 270 cals.

Snack: Thin Mints ( damn those girl scouts ) 5: 175 calories!

Total! 800 calories Holy cow!

Heys guy! I'm so damn stupid. As if yesterday weren't bad enough. After all that I ate yesterday I had koolaid and 2 thin mint cookies! It's like I'm just destined to be fat for the rest of my life. Today I also ate

Breakfast: half a toast w/ tiny bit of peanut butter: 95 calories

Lunch: GROSS!.. A microwave dinner ( pasta ): 290 calories

                            Whataburger medium fries: 350 calories

                              Jello: 10 calories ( sugar free.. low cal )

 

Dinner: Garden salad : 40 calories

             Italian dressing: 130 calories ( stupid butt head ) hehe I don't cuss to much.

Total :915 calories

Went bike riding with my boyfriend for 30 minutes: 239 calories lost !  I think I am actually going to work out some more... like jumping jacks or running in place... some aerobics... maybe try to work out everything! I am soo pumped!

So total right now is :614 Boo! Okay well talk to you later!

 Yup pretty disgusting I know

 

Thats it I'm not eating anymore. I am faking a tummy ache and going to bed as soon as I get home. Actually maybe I'll go jogging for 30 minutes and then go to bed.I need to calculate those calories also. Gosh! I'm so stupid.

Hey Everyone!

Guess what! I suck! I had 1/2 a taco today. Which was about 217 calories. O My GOSH! What was in my head that said hey yeah you can eat that no problem! Stupid me. Well anyways I'm sitting here at work on BDF for my lunch. I figure I'll read everything to make sure that I get in my head that this is not acceptable. Right now my tummy has that feeling of airyness. ( Not a word, I know ) I ate that stupid thing so I don't know what it's complaining about. O by the way this morning I weighed 132.6! Woo woo! Go me! I lost .5 lbs. hehe... So excited. My goel for the week is to be 130lbs. by Friday morning. I think I can do it. Especially if I don't eat for the rest of the day thru Friday! Woo woo! I'm excited about my up coming adventure! Ok will right more later!

Today's Calorie count

Breakfast: 1/2 Bacon and Egg Taco: 217 calories!

Lunch: Water and Green Tea Pill

snack: Half a piece of bread and a tiny bit of peanut butter : calories 95

Dinner: Bacon Ranch Salad: 300 calories ( didn't eat it all )

             Ranch Dressing: 170 calories

Snack: Skittles! ( My boyfriend brought them for me ) 160 calories ( didn't eat it all )

Grand Stupid Total: 942 calories!!

Well that was soo stupid of me.. tomorrow only 200 calories.
